Timeline Therapy
An effective outcome oriented model of psychotherapy. It enables the client, with support, to resolve difficulties quickly. It allows for review of critical experiences and healing without the pain of re-experiencing difficult times in the client's life. This has a strong positive effect on self-awareness. It reduces or eliminates long held tensions and releases a powerful capacity for self-healing within the individual.

Mnemodynamic Psychotherapy

Hypnotherapy
Often used to relieve the symptoms of anxiety as well as being a useful support to conventional medical treatments for physical conditions associated with stress. It is also very effective for individuals who want to change addictive behaviours such as smoking. In the hypnotic state concentration is heightened supporting the individual's potential to change limiting beliefs and behaviour.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Used to alleviate or eradicate emotional and physical symptoms. It combines, in a deceptively simple manner, the positive Western development of neuro-linguistic programming with the ancient Eastern understanding of the body's energy channels that underpin acupuncture and acupressure. The client learns a short routine that can be used when needed.
